For our hotel guests we prepare down-to-earth cuisine with regional products and offer a small selection of selected dishes.
Feel free to try some Upper Palatinate delicacies such as coloured potatoes, Tännesberg red cattle from species-appropriate husbandry. Zoigl beer and bread made from the ancient grain Emmer – Tännesberg specialities, obtained in the “Biodiversity” project.
